When anyone works in Hollywood then that person witnesses so many new things, the pursuit of being the next good thing, or remaining the next premium thing and also beating the aging process. This is the basic thinking of most men and women working in this industry. It should be understood that whatever a person puts in his or her body will be reflected outside of their body. Everything you eat goes far beyond scales. Your health should be the biggest wealth to be kept carefully for you. If you are not healthy, all the riches in the world would mean nothing.

Personally, Kimberly Jessy realized that she had to stop putting herself in any such circumstance or situation that will keep her nervous system and adrenals on high alert. For her, there was no relaxation as she was in constant anxiety, worry and fight. Until when one day her adrenals almost decided to stop working altogether. She started having phobia which she never ever had before, she also started having very low tolerance in case of stress and she was starting to realize that certain people which she could generally tune out, now had access to her inner energy. All of them started to wear her out. Her body and inner energy were not capable of tuning them out like they once did, this happened because she had burned out all her adrenals.

This turned out to be one of the very first breakdowns in her health. It led to her thyroid and then heart. She is fine now as she caught everything early and then started to engage in health regimens and routines that healed her. During her research she observed the problems in every person's life. Unhealthy relationships can also be a big strain in anyone's life.

Kimberly Jessy advises everyone to eat healthy, work out, take essential vitamins, find an outlet, and listen to music, singing, dancing or anything else that makes you happy. These activities will help in releasing any negative chemical that has been building up in your body.

For an instance Kimberly Jessy Bowles sings, does graphic art, and listens to 80’s music. Kimberly Jessy along with many other talented artists like Latin Grammy Winner Miguelito Valenzuelas, Rap Star Shawnna are doing a tribute album for Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes. Income from the sale of this album will go directly to the “Lisa Lopes” Foundation. Producer Andrew Lane, creditor of many multiplatinum Billboard numbers will be leading this project along with Lisa's sister Reign drop Lopes. 

Kimberly Jessy Bowles is now ready add musical genius to an already great resume. The music community is also accepting her talent and soon there will be a new Pop star in the community of Hollywood Blvd. Kimberly’s style is a combination of base and acoustic guitar with pop centered beats that are produced by award winning producers.

She has lots of love for rock; the very beginning of her singing was as a church choir singer. Kimberly Jessy mostly likes listening to certain artists, like Pet Shop Boys, Cyndi Lauper, Tears for Fears and Madonna; this explains her particular approach to music. Her talent in music is inspired from her Spanish roots and Panamanian nativity. She is multi-talented and is also working on her reality show. She also runs a Publicity Boutique, which is high end and deals in the Latin and Music entertainment.
